If you have kids, pets, allergies, or a high traffic carpets then we recommend getting an inital deep clean then getting your carpets cleaned at least every 6 months. For everyone else, we recommend having an initial deep clean then an annual carpet clean.

For our Gold option as an add-on, our carpet cleaning technicians will tackle stains present on the carpet. Not all stains can be removed completely, and some stains may not be removable at all. This depends entirely on the carpet fibres, the type of staining, whether any chemical burning has occured, and/or the length of time the carpet fibres have been exposed to the stain. That's why our technicians do a carpet inspection prior to beginning any carpet clean to investigate any issues.

Our technicians require direct access to the property and parking directly outside the property, in a driveway or directly outside, due to the heavy equipment.

As standard we do require for you, or a representative, to be present at the beginning of the clean and at the end of the clean. At the beginning of the clean, this is to greet our technicians and discuss any parts of the clean.
