No, our teams do not clean human or animal blood, faeces, or bodily fluids. This requires risk assessment and specialist cleaning.

For our Gold option as an add-on, our carpet cleaning technicians will tackle stains present on the carpet. Not all stains can be removed completely, and some stains may not be removable at all. This depends entirely on the carpet fibres, the type of staining, whether any chemical burning has occured, and/or the length of time the carpet fibres have been exposed to the stain. That's why our technicians do a carpet inspection prior to beginning any carpet clean to investigate any issues.

Our technicians will always strive to search for free parking outside your property and routes around the congestion charge, but where this is possible customers will be asked to cover these costs. Our technicians require direct access to the property and parking directly outside the property, in a driveway or directly outside, due to the heavy equipment.

As standard we do require for you, or a representative, to be present in Ealing at the beginning of the clean and at the end of the clean. At the beginning of the clean, this is to greet our technicians and discuss any parts of the clean. At the end of the clean, this is to check the cleaning service provided, sign off our checklists, and make the balance of the payment. Our team can discuss alternatives to this, if required.
